WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if you prefer to tackle home projects and decor on your own but are either struggling on where to start, or are not sure what the room needs. Something feels off but you’re not sure what it is. It’s like meeting a designer at a a party and wanting to get into her head about things you find frustrating in your home but you’re afraid to ask. 

WHAT IT’S NOT

This is not a room redesign per se, nor does it include floor plans, shopping or specific recommendations on items (ie we don’t tell you what to get at specific retail stores).

THE FINAL LAYER

WHAT IT IS

A finishing and styling service. All of the finishing touches a room needs in order to feel complete, to feel like “you”. The room is furnished but does not feel like home. Furniture refinement, space planning, and styling recommendations that elevate the entire space are often part of this service. Design plan presentation and recommended next steps included.

WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if you have recently furnished your home (or are happy with your existing furnishings), but don’t feel like it’s “finished”. 

WHAT IT’S NOT

This is not for a home that is empty or needs full design with floor plans and the primary furnishings. This is not a one and done, but rather an efficient, multi-step service.

RENOVATION DESIGN

WHAT IT IS

From concept to completion, this service is for those who need it all. It takes a team to complete the often overwhelming job of undertaking a renovation: design, plan, coordinate, schedule, procure and execute the many aspects of a renovation.

WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if your home needs a major update (two or more rooms) but you have no idea how to start the process. Contractor first? Architect? Designer? And who does what? Coordinating this, along with the actual design, is our super power. 

WHAT IT’S NOT

This is not for you if you are planning on doing the work yourself.

BEYOND THE BUILD

WHAT IT IS

After a new build or major renovation is complete, the home often still doesn’t feel finished — because it isn’t. Beyond the Build focuses on bringing the space fully to life once construction ends. We assess how the new layout functions, rework furnishings, and layer in rugs, window treatments, artwork and decor so the home finally feels cohesive, livable and like you.

WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if you’ve built new or renovated and feel mentally spent after months of decisions — and now have no bandwidth left to make the space feel finished. Ideally this begins during construction, but it can absolutely be implemented after move-in.

WHAT IT’S NOT

This is not part of the construction or selection phase. All architectural and finish decisions have already been made. This service focuses on the visual and functional layer that transforms a completed project into a home.

FURNITURE AND MORE

WHAT IT IS

Furniture & More is a fully customized, white-glove furnishing service for clients who want a complete refresh without managing the process. From design through procurement, delivery and installation, every detail is handled for you.

WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if your life has shifted — and your home needs to reflect it. You value professional guidance, curated selections and a seamless experience more than spending weekends shopping or researching.

WHAT IT’S NOT

This is not for those who enjoy shopping and the thrill of the hunt.

CONCEPT ONLY DESIGN

WHAT IT IS

Concept Only Design provides high-level space planning, floor plans, and finish direction for renovations where clients prefer to manage execution independently.

WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if you are overseeing the project yourself but need some guidance in overall design and finish suggestions, are doing the work yourself, or are hiring your own GC who does not work with designers. If you are more of a hands on type, this is for you.

WHAT IT’S NOT

This service does not include project oversight or site management. Once design plans are delivered, clients manage construction and coordination with their contractor and trades.
